⚠️ IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Referral rewards are available to individuals 18 years of age or older and are not available to licensed vehicle dealers, brokers, or salespersons. Dealership employees and their immediate family members may be excluded or subject to internal policy. Referred customers must be new to Best Buy Auto Sales and not previously recorded in our system within the past 90 days, and must identify the referrer prior to or at the time of first contact with Best Buy Auto Sales. Only one referrer per customer is permitted; referral rewards may not be split, transferred, or reassigned. Best Buy Auto Sales reserves the sole right to determine referral eligibility. The referral reward is a flat promotional incentive, not a commission, has no cash value until issued, and may be provided as a check, store credit, or gift card at dealer discretion. Referral rewards may be considered taxable income, and the referrer is solely responsible for any applicable taxes; an IRS Form 1099 may be issued if required by law. To qualify, the referred customer must complete a vehicle purchase and take delivery from dealer inventory using cash or approved financing. Referral rewards are not contingent upon or influenced by vehicle price negotiations, financing terms, or trade-in valuation. Referral rewards are issued only after completed vehicle delivery and funding confirmation, typically within 30 days, and may be voided if a transaction is canceled, unwound, rescinded, or funding is reversed. This program is subject to change or termination at any time, is void where prohibited, and may not be combined with other referral or promotional offers unless expressly stated. The program is not valid on wholesale transactions, dealer trades, or auction purchases. Self-referrals are prohibited, and any duplicate, false, misleading, or manipulated referrals will be disqualified and may result in removal from the referral program. Referrers do not act as agents, representatives, or employees of Best Buy Auto Sales and may not negotiate or represent vehicle pricing, financing, or terms on the dealership’s behalf. Unauthorized advertising, solicitation, or misrepresentation of affiliation with Best Buy Auto Sales is prohibited. All referrals must comply with applicable Washington State and federal laws, and Best Buy Auto Sales retains final authority in interpreting, administering, and enforcing the terms of this referral program.
